Before 2012 update, when getting a fire cape with very low stats was kinda harder:

Kiln Cape

1-24 def:
* Blood barrages needed
* Yak replaces sweets (3 yak pouches needed)
* I'll use BoB glitch with bird/tort
* Deathtouched dart needed with 1 summ. 1 def

Note that these are just tips so you know what you approximately need.
The right gear and inventory will be discussed.

25-54 def:
* Fungal gear
* Blood barrages needed
* With yak: bring extra gear (range/sara godsword)
* I'll use BoB glitch with bird/tort

55-69 def:
* Grifolic gear
* Blood barrages preferred (yak + saradomin godsword can replace them)
* I'll use BoB glitch with bird/tort

70+ def:
* Gano gear preferred if 85 def/mage+
* Blood barrages are optional
* Enhanced Excalibur/sara godsword/ss needed without blood barrages
* Need Yak if you don't got either Blood barrages/EE/sg/ss
* Storm of armadyl will lower the price

Prices

Prices vary much per account. Storm of armadyl/blood barrages/chaotics etc. will drop the price.
Prices are approximately per type of account:
- pures (1-24 def): $20/40mill
- zerker pures: $17.50/35mill
- 70+ def: $15/30mill
- 90+ def: $12.50/25mill
Summoning/gear/range/att/str/def/hp/mage influence these prices.
