FireZ you are simply unprofessional, uncouth, and most of the time you seem to just be a dickhead for the kick of it. You never have anything useful to add on a pardon but 'Fucking Veto' or 'Fuck you' or something of the similar nature, and I don't really see what you bring to the admin team. I know for sure I am not the only one who feels this way as this situation has been addressed numerous times. This goes beyond staff feedback because the subject has been brought up so numerous times and it has never helped.

What were you adding to the pardon or trying to accomplish? He doesn't have a general whine, bitch and moan attitude he is one of the few people who doesn't sit around on their hands and say nothing when the staff do wrong or mess up. If you weren't vetoing or explaining a situation (considering this was an annoyed Sythe ban and not a run-of-the-mill scammer ban) then why even both post, besides to be irreverent. I think you're on a massive ego trip and I would like to see if there are more than myself who would come out and say this.

 

Well he's an admin. I suppose it's his prerogative to post comments on banned members' disputes.

 

I think it's more what he posts which is the problem, if you read the OP.

 

I never said he couldn't comment, but I am just saying that everything he comments with is unprofessional and lacks the tact that a senior member of a large forum should have.

 

He may have once served a purpose, but now he's just an unprofessional asshole, I agree.

He's changed a lot, I remember him doing something useful for the community in the past, but not anymore. Sad he's come to this point.

 

I agree to a extent but, what you must realize its not just FireZ. Most staff are unprofessional to those you they don't like.

for example when it comes to a high pardon. If the member is not liked by that a certain staff member mainly if its upperstaff 8/10 times the others will agree even if the person has really made a change and a effort this is what gets to me.

but another ting about FireZ his always said it as he see's it and you wont take that from him. I understand your guys points fully with some of the attitude ECT but this goes for most staff/members (Giddy & DJ) from what ive seen have always gone of there own minds even if it meant not following the upperstaff.

OT: I do agree w/ the concurring opinions about Firez. I do think he needs to start having a bit more respect for the community. For example, both Richard's "NO YOU STUPID MAN" and Firez's "Fucking vetoed" comments were completely unnecessary and uncalled for on Viou's pardon no matter what he may or may not have done.

 

I completely agree that each member has their own times of irreverence, but that is it - it is just that a time and it is isolated incidences. FireZ is consistently nasty and vile, and he can speak his mind without being any of those things. I could have came in and made a huge rant and been incredibly disrespectful, much like he is, but my post is constructive and in a fairly polite tone for the content. It isn't hard to be honest and be tactful, so as to create a more professional environment for everyone.

 

This is called bias, and it's normal in human nature. I don't see a problem because if an upper staff like the member requesting a high pardon, it shows he is being trusted by them, whether they know each other or not.

I do agree, what happened to the old firez? He was once an asset, now I don't see much from him except for the occasional veto, badmouthing, and locking. Not professional at all.

 

I agree with you that his comments to certain members are getting to a joke.. a scammer's a scammer fair enough but he vetoes people pardon's over personal issue's and that's unprofessional. This take me back to other staff though because, I cant just target Firez for this. Ive started to feel like certain people dont want whats best for this site/community because they dwell on there own personal issues to much..

I understand but this is a forum community how is that fair. If they haven't been giving the chance and just because of one person's opinion that it affects everyone's i mean yeah if they done something where they shouldn't be aloud back fair enough state it. when its down to personal issue's and others are just following.. (freedom of speech)

I understand your grievances, but this thread isn't about the entire staff. It is about the unprofessional and embittered attitude FireZ has taken towards the entire site - scammers or not.

Just wanted to jump off topic for a second:

Just because n4n0 or another upperstaff trusts someone doesn't mean they're trusted or changed enough to come back. The system was developed to be a checks and balances I am pretty sure, not to be a monopoly. I think that is part of the reason this forum has been created, to call out those actions that the general team takes and to put them into check by the general public.

Edit: Nothing against n4n0, just first name that popped in my head.

For the record, Mage is a whiny bitch. He was whining about me when I disabled my PMs for 2 minutes to prevent Ross from sending me a blank PM.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind people calling me out when I so shot wrong, but if you're going to complain about something, at least know all the facts first.

 

This is completely irrelevant to the discussion. I just used that as an example because it was the last active post in that section. I could find numerous more. Look Art just did. It isn't hard. One in about every three pardons will have him doing it.

You should have more respect for the community members yourself. There are a few people on the staff that have no respect for the people who make this forum and that is why it is going to hell right now. You can't be a punk ass bitch and not respect anyone and then expect them to have respect for you when you're blatantly being a douche bag to them, it doesn't work that way.

Anywho, I was more irritated at FireZ closing my other disputes for "not putting enough effort into them". What does that even mean? I just wanted to be unbanned from the silly sythe thing.

 

I haven't been on this community for a long time, but the fact is that he/she is mature, even if he sometimes seems to be mad or angry, still.. He/She is an admin and deserves to be one. And I believe that FireZ always has a reason to call someone a "B*tch", noone would do it without a reason.

 

I normally dont post a lot outside the RS section, but the last time i did, it was in the suggestions forum. thirty minutes after the post, FireZ posted saying "has been posted before. dont spam the forum. go look in the denied section". Also locked the topic

1) You honestly want me to look on the 200 pages of denied suggestions for it? Becuase i literally did looked on the first 15 pages, and dint see anything like it.
2) Even if it has been suggested and denied before, why lock it in such a hurry? I mean there are new people on this forum everyday. Someone else might have another suggestion to improve the idea. Maybe he understood, my suggestion wrong, but because he locked the thread, no one could follow the suggestion up.

I agree he is on a power trip. I dont know anything about him posting on disputes, but i literally could not ever come around to posting more suggestions after the thread got locked.

Sorry if it sounds like a mini rant, but just wanted to put it out. Even if he is not to be demoted, he needs to start being more open to ideas, and get rid of the superiority complex, ive seen him show, soo many times.

 

Well its not that he isn't mature, I'm sure he is.
But he is just plain rude. Very rude. I believe its because of the time he has served here on Sythe and the fact that he had to deal with so many scammers, vaders, ...

So afterall, he's mature, he does his job pretty well, he just has to be a bit more friendly in his responses.
