Having logged into my Sythe account I had noticed that I was temporarily banned until 12th March, although having logged in today the ban was changed to permanent for 'scamming.'
I have not scammed any user although I have traded with a user who chargedback on PayPal after sending me a payment due to a communication mistake between the two parties. This user who charged back the payment after sending me £33 GBP is the following below:

I had been asked to come to their website and use the live-chat discussion in order to complete a trade, however, due to a mis-communcation a mishap happened. We came to a resolution and stated that we would speak after PayPal dealt with the dispute. I was told on their websites LiveChat that if I won the dispute then I should refund the payment, however, if the user (profile linked above) won the dispute then everything is fine and ok.
Yesterday I had logged into my paypal to see that the user linked above had won the dispute therefore his payment was automatically refunded and thus our agreement stood that everything was fine and ok. I am still banned for 'scamming' which I believe is not the case here.
