Disputing TWC

Hey, KLDG here. As you can see I've been a member of this community since 2010. I was given a TWC years back on the suspicion of scamming. I am requesting that someone look into this matter as I am trying to become an active seller of 07 RSGP. If there is anything I can do to assist with this matter just feel free to tell me. That's the report, have you gotten any vouches since that report was made?

 

Yes. I've done 3 succesful trades since 07 runescape has come out. And all my vouches have come after the TWC was applied I believe. It's been years ago. Heres a link to my vouches though. http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1044678-kldgs-vouches.html

 

I see the two most recent vouches with you going first both times. However, I'm going to support you because it seems you're really attempting to become legitimate in the 07 market.

 

I appreciate it. Just sold some more GP to Shine and he vouched for me aswell..I'm trying to get it removed so that I can become a huge GP seller for the 07 community. And this was all a misunderstanding over a research paper -.-

 

Ill offer support to remove it. It's been a while and he's working on getting more vouches.

Edit: After Corey explained to me the few pictures that were't loading, I'm sorry to say that I'm retracting my support.
I thought the report was made because you were merely fighting over who would go first, I did not realise the essay was already made and he had proven its existence.

Your excuses were, lame, to say the least and every case I have seen where someone gave into excuses like these...got scammed.

Feel free to try again after gaining some more vouches.

I've read the report and it floors me how you could let that happen. Honestly, I probably would have banned you if I did the report.

I'd like to see you aquire some more vouches before I will support your removal. I want to be sure you're not going to up and scam after your TwC is removed, and 3 recent vouches isn't going to convince me.

 

So you think a TWC was needed for me refusing to go first to a brand new member for 20 dollars on PayPal? That was in March and he registered in February...I had every reason to say No to that so why should I be punished?

 

Also, that member was banned for scamming...o_0

 

If I had to bet I'd bet on the option that you were trying to scam him.

You guys debated about who should go first, you giving multiple excuses as to why he should, and then later told him you didn't have the GP. If you didn't have the GP, any legitimate person would have said so off the get go rather than trying to get the other person to go first while implying that they will be paid straight after.

I'd like to see you get some more vouches first, I don't want to support you having your TwC removed only to have it bite me in the ass if you scam in a few days. Nothing personal, that's just my opinion on the matter.

 

The problem wasn't that I didn't have the money. He was asking for GP when I clearly stated I was paying via PayPal. He asked me to buy GP with the PayPal cash which I obviously didn't have time to do. I've got all my vouches after the TwC...It's really an unfair punishment as I have the right to say NO to trading with anyone at anytime under any circumstance. Saying NO shouldn't be a punishable offense, especially when I never even received the product. Plus...the accuser was banned shortly after for scamming. I've never been a proven scammer or even accused other than this...I have several vouches....If this was a court...this case wouldve been closed before it even got to the judge...

 

I'm in two minds about this whole thing.

You offered to pay him via paypal, and then when it came time for payment he demanded RSGP which you didn't have at the time (which sucks for you, I know), however you definitely shouldn't have blocked him after it's clear he has put the time and effort into writing this essay for you. It seems to me like you didn't care about the trade at all and if the situation arose again, I'm not sure what you would do.

I'd like to see it remain for a while, as the trades which you have done since obtaining the TWC were all done with you going first anyway.

 

After looking through the report, I'd definitely say it was a TwC and to have one for so long does suck.. However I don't think you've really proven yourself that you can trade safely at this point. Get a few more trades in, preferably with you not going first. Then I will Support the removal of your TwC.

For now though.. No support.

 

Guys...No one will go first to for me because of the TwC...I can't even sell my 07 gp for the price I want because of it. It's been 2 years ago and we all have changed after 2 years...The reason I blocked him was because my English class was in like 10 minutes. Thats why I didn't have time to buy the gp with my PayPal..I can provide all my personal in life information if that would help prove I'm not willing to scam anyone for anything.

 

Retracting my original support (had the same issue as Yaroow) Get some more vouches and post another dispute in a few months.

Plenty of people have managed to gather vouches under a TWC, so can you.

 

I've had this thing for 2 years....Thats long enough "punishment"...Why am I being forced to get vouches when its clear what went on? He wrote the research paper....I told him I was paying via PayPal from the get-go...He requested RSGP when he was finished...I didn't have time to buy GP before my class was about to begin....Whats so hard to understand about that guys? I never scammed? I told him NO because my class was about to start and he was trying to force me to buy RSGP which couldve caused me to rush into a trade and get scammed. 2 years is ridiculous and I'm tempted to take my business somewhere else over this matter. I've been a member since 2010 and am still being treated like I'm a new member during trades thanks to the TwC.

 

Thanks to this TwC I just got scammed 20$...to a member called GROD...Member since 07...50$ Donor...Scammed me because I had to go first since he was "more trusted because i have a TwC" Many thanks to the sythe mods for looking into my case, but I will be taking my Gold business elsewhere.
