Requesting a Pardon

[Unregistered owen thugs]

I was banned for scamming and ban evading on several accounts.
James Douglas, and Freedom69

I have paid back my victims along time ago but my old pardon was not approved so here I am trying again.

I have done successful trades on all of my accounts , but also have scammed on all 3. I really hope I can come back on sythe and continue trading.

Due to the frequency of scams, I won't be supporting this

Thanks for taking the time to post a pardon Owen. Unfortunately I don't think I can support this either as I don't see any evident reform from your post.
