User: http://www.sythe.org/members/369474-cwalsh992.html

Hes trying to buy a wow account here: http://www.sythe.org/wow-account-sales/1533101-wtb-level-90-wow-account.html

He's been reported by multiple users in these threads off-site:

http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/mmo.../400491-looking-level-90-wow-account-buy.html

If it doesnt warrant a TWC he needs to be watched closely.

Plenty of accusations on his threads. Thanks for your help, Peter!
Gonna go ahead and ban him, 6 or 7 accusations is too much of a coincidence.
