    Did Nerfed scam anything off the account?

    If so, there needs to be proof he did, such as PM's, chat logs, Bank screenshots.

    If he logged into his account he wouldn't know the username until he actually logged into a world. If he didn't take anything off the account he shouldn't be banned.

    Also, somebody worried about their bank would have changed there PW, unless I'm missing something. Either way, there needs to be proof posted if you want to mark his account as a scammer, just to note his story looks fine to me.

    I see last log in was 4 days, from his IP. I don't think Nerfed completed the order, correct me if I'm wrong. Sounds fishy, last logged in was his IP 4 days back, and the service he was providing came to a halt.
