    Not really. He did demote himself, and he hasn't stated when he's coming back. It's likely he'll return to the staff at some point, but he hasn't said that for definite.

    Regardless, saying he demoted himself is not incorrect, just has a more final connotation than "stepping down."

    No, Ryan simply needs some time for himself and we are more than happy to grant him that as he has already given us a LOT of his time and done a lot for the community.

    It's entirely up to him to decide if/when he will return. Staff or not.
