If I can get Strict Supply to state that I DID NOT chargeback then could my TWC be lifted?

Because that is pretty much the basis of his argument, and I never did..
also he says "Edit: If you see the account sale, he offered to sell it for $125 with the claims of needing the money; Yet he made 400M buy offers. TwC worthy imo." I NEVER offered to sell my account for 125, I wasn't willing to accept anything under 180.

It's odd that you were quitting runescape and selling your account for money, but buying 400m at the same time. Is there a reason for that?

I originally had more gold on my account, and tried selling it with the gold on Craigs List, I got alot of messages for just the gold and ended up selling about 400M for 42c/m. When I saw the price of gold on Sythe I figured there was some money to be made by buying it here and selling it in real life to people that in most cases are too young to have a credit card.

I'm going to have to say no support until you can prove to us that you can trade safely on Sythe. I'd say wait a month or so, gather some vouches, then try disputing again.

The TWC isn't there to hinder your sales. It's there as a warning to users to just be careful when conducting trades with you. You can still easily sell your account so long as you prove to your buyer via recovery test and use of a middleman that the account should be safe after purchase.
