TWC dispute

Hey aleks scams me 35+ man hours put into his account, in the end he gets a free level 30 and isn't down anything at all considering his account was issued with a warning and not a time ban. Dave just lets him chargeback $7? Heyaleks21 should be hit with the TWC not me...i just wanted pay for the 30some hours i put into the account -.-

 

You broke your own terms of service, stating that the account wouldn't get banned and that you'd take the necessary precautions against it being banned. You then tried to get him banned without giving us the full story, there are users who've been banned for framing in the past.

 

The full story? Framing? His account got warned not banned, if he could so heartlessly and easily charge back $7 after all that hard work just think about what happens when he buys 300m off someone. Any other mods got an opinion on this? You just let people chargeback payments willy nilly?

Your inability to remain mature during the chat led to a warning, not a ban, but I believe that this is a good example of twc-able behavior. That being said, since ultimately there was no real punishment to his account and you did perform the service, he should have to pay you for it. But definitely that twc is warranted
