Supply48 - Scam 40M

Briefly explain the trade: I was buying Instagram followers from him for 80m, since he had 17 vouches he was more trusted so he told me "i can offer you to first pay me 40m, then after youve received 5k followers youll pay me the other 40m and then youll get the rest" so I agreed and we met at the Edgeville loadstone, I traded him the 40m, we accepted and right after the trade was done he logged out and got off Skype, i waited a little bit cause i figured maybe the computer crashed or something so i waited a day or 2 for him to get back on, i tried to PM him on here and on Skype but i found out he had gotten a temp ban so I couldn't message him, I waited some more and came back on and saw he had been perm banned cause i was going to give him a chance to either give me my money back or give me the followers. SO now I'm here, filing a scam report

How they scammed: through trade on Runescape with RSGP, he logged out while i waited
