Do I have to be 18+ to buy/sell stuff? Explain me the procedure for this example: I'm brazilian and want to buy 100m rsgp. I know I have to pay the currency rate to dollars which is nothing to me.

I really need some input on this mainly because I plan on spending some spare cash I have laying around in my savings.

 

Buying 100M via WU is not a viable option for you to be honest, the fee's would be the same cost as the transfer. It would be cheaper for you to use PA than to use WU. Also yes you have to be 18, well in the UK you do anyway.

WU is usually only used for bulk amounts due to the relatively high fees....

 

The WU age limit isn't really concrete and international transfers like Brazil to the US can be cost effective even for small amounts. WU International isn't extremely expensive. It's also up to the individual agents to verify ages (and most don't care). Worst case, you can try a different agent if one denies you. Go on their website to check the prices.

i had friend who receive everyweek money via western union and he was 16...
but they require 18years i guess..

Not sure how it works in brazil but in the us as long as you have a valid ID you're all set.
