Original Content:

RIOT have made ELO boosting a ban-able offence.

Any accounts found to be ELO boosted will face a varied suspension time, and have had their ranked ELO reset to an appropriate level.

Permanent bans will also be issued to players who are found engaging in ELO boosting in the future.

- Official Riot release

However, Duo-Queueing is acceptable, provided you are on your OWN account. The individual whom you duo with is irrelevant, and can be anyone from 1 - 2.5K ELO.

Note: This does not mean if you ELO boost you shall be suspended. As other games, it varies upon Riot detecting such a boost. ELO boost at your own risk.

Done, thanks!
