First and foremost, if you are planning on robbing i do not advise it because of all the advanced techniques they use in preventing you in being successful such as silent alarms, dye packs, bullet proof glass, electronic doors, security guards, cameras, and the list goes on and on.

1. If you do not have the knowledge of setting up an untraceable network, you want to conduct all your research in a library far from your home.
2. Buy professional grade face paint and apply it on your hands and face, preferably the opposite of your skin tone. Always use it before going outside to deter video surveillance that may be reviewed after you have committed the crime.
3. Travel to the store/bank you will be robbing by public transport or cab, using your personal car or someones you know is far too risky. Traffic cameras can track your license plate, and they will inevitably find the car and it will only be a matter of time before they get a "ball park figure" of the area the suspect lives in and who he is. Some other alternatives are using a electronic bike, cab, or even walking (make sure you have changed into different clothes than the ones you wore to rob the store).
4. If you live in an urban area use public transportation as it has many pros. Such as an escape route is always available, very easy to camouflage in the crowd, and very easy to mislead the police by planting your evidence onto others.
5. Always wear BLACK colored thick latex gloves, everywhere you go. Do not get the gloves that doctors wear, your print can go through them in some cases. Also do not throw them away in a garbage after you are done with them, your fingerprint can be pulled from inside the gloves. DESTROY ALL EVIDENCE. At the day of the robbery wear shoes one size bigger or smaller. Last but not least use a hair net.
6. if you live in an urban area utilize the panhandlers. By giving them 5 dollars you can get them to do pretty much anything.
7. Once you have successfully robbed the store/bank, DESTROY ALL THE EVIDENCE. Dont just throw it in a garbage, or bury it underground. DESTROY IT.
8. Wait at least a month before doing any spending. If you have a job, keep it for at least another 6 months. If you don't have a job, apply for a job, you want to avoid any suspicion whatsoever.
9. Never use your credit card in purchasing ANY of the items you will be needing whether it be the fake gun or something as small as a metro card. ALWAYS use cash in purchasing these items, and take all the precautions necessary such as applying the face paint before you go make your purchases, hair net and black thick latex gloves. I would recommend having a panhandler buy the items for you.

Some crimes that are easy to get away by following some simple tips are: robbing a taxi cab driver at the end of his shift ($150-$300), Robbing people that are picking up money from any money transfer store such as Western Union ($50-$1000+), It doesn't matter what you choose as long as you are prepared to do plan far ahead and leave no room for error.

Remember your number 1 priority must be not getting caught, if you have to ditch the money to get away DO IT!
