Actually you can, all he needs is a webcam and a mic. And he would always have that chance if you were always on the internet, email, Sythe PM, Facebook message (I'm know you're bff's) or even while on cam showing you his inability to read.

Sure sure, why not? I'm afraid this dictator is sorely underpaid, however. Last I heard, money was so tight for Fantasia Factory that he powers his PC with a hamster and wheel. He had to trade the family goat for the hamster as well... his mother isn't very pleased.
