TwC appeal

I received a TwC almost a year ago (12-17-2011) by a now banned member. I'd like appeal the TwC, and possibly have the title removed. The thread even then had an absence of substantial evidence (I never scammed nor intended to scam anyone), and now after more than 6 months is it possible to have my status removed?

The concerns raised in this thread can be easily and logically answered.
The last screenshot provided in the thread ultimately provides answers to my sudden absence. I actually count myself lucky to have not dealt with that member.
