Hey i see your a MM i need something done. I'm trying to buy xsplit but my credit card wont work.. so i was wondering if i can send you money and then send the money back to me... With this trade the money from my card would be on paypal instead of my card and i would be able to buy xsplit. If you have any questions my skype is bossliketom66 and i plan to add you when i get home.. if you'd like i could give you some extra money cause i know that this is a odd trade.
~Thank you

It's not sketchy, he's just misguided about how paypal refunds work. They would refund the money to his card, not his balance anyway. I tried this once
