He just said that in spam forum he didnt receive any infractions otherwise he would have been banned much earlier hence the name LAST CHANCE USER GROUP. They would have banned for any infraction thats what last chance user group is, look at the Firez quote in my siggy for proof as to him NOT receiving infrations.

Enlighten us, there alot of people concerned with this ITT or community gens thread if someone would throughly explain what led to the ban (we already know it wasnt an infraction) alot of the hype would die down, so far "generally being a pain in the ass" is all Firez has told us about then someone else mentioned his signatures (which no rule exists to stand on). Now n4no came and and gave the good old because we can reasoning in the community gen thread, there are obviously quite a few people concerned with this action and feel some sort of explanation should be given, aware us. Just because we arent staff doesnt mean we are blind to what happened here, he was banned because he wasnt liked.

 

Although I am doing my best to not get involved here, I really needed to respond to this.

Anyone who has been paying attention over the past few weeks knows exactly what is going on and what happened. Stop using "you don't know the truth because you're not staff" as an excuse for everything, because it's getting old really quickly.

Fill us in then, because now all it looks like is staff are banning people without sound reasoning and it honestly makes staff look corrupt and unprofessional. Warnings aside it has been outright said he didnt receive an infraction. Now are we calling Firez a liar or banning people for being warned here, if he received warnings and continued to do what he was warned about wouldnt that warrant an infraction leading to his ban ? Thats obviously not what happened as there was NO infraction, I dont understand why staff would even unban him dangling this LCU opportunity in front of him only to steal away his last chance and reban him. If this was the plan of action why unban him at all in the first place ? This ban appears very extremely unfair I think the communities uproar shows that, until given a decent explanation it will continue to look as though the staff circumvents rules and bans people without infractions and reasoning to stand on quite simply because they dont like the individual in question .
