Runescape Membership problem.

So I recently wanted to be a member again on runescape and I decided to pay by mobile (BOKU) text message. After i entered the 4 digit pin, it says that I do not enough money in my prepaid account.. I'm stuck.. How exactly do I get my membership to charge from my phone bill and not in my rs jagex account.

 

I didn't know you could do it from a contracted phone, I thought it was top up money only.

 

Assuming you're using a prepaid phone, you used up all the credit. Sometimes contract phones give you a limit, you might have already exceeded it.

 

I had same problem, contract phones are limited.
