If it is just a key not linked to an account yet I would offer 35 up.

I know I am a "new" member on here but have dealt with Gold to Paypal transactions in the past. Will offer to go first with enough confidence that the key is legit and not linked to an email/account yet (I honestly do not know if that is possible for a digital key). Baysic, as the title says this is not a key, its an account which i bought over internet from their offical website.
