hi i cant register because my brother has an account and we both use same ip address and live in same house.

his username is : Silk_Trader

IP : 86.166.142.22

i cant use proxy wont let me either. Please how i make new?

Use a proxy. But, remember to ensure the accounts never interact. Anything places upon that account will be placed upon you (i.e. TwC, ban, etc.).
