I don't think its fair Just un dude(http://sythe.org/member.php?u=41835) (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1450096) got TwC for selling ''gold''. The gold he sold was from me, i asked him to sell the gold for me because i traded with him several times. He got TwC for selling duped gold apparently. First thing is, everybody knew at this time they were selling duped gold. I am not going to lie that we did not. It is unfair that only Just un dude got a twc, because everybody who sold duped gold would get need to get it, including me.

There is no rule about selling duped gold
There were no accounts banned, nor gp resetted/wiped

Just un dude is extremely trusted, and this is very unfair that he got a trade with caution ''rank''. None has reported a single account lock/ban/wipe

I think this TwC should be removed.

 

looking back on his topic, several people mentioned if it was duped, he said no.

Even if it was your gold he was selling, you had aswell duped it.

I see no problem with his TWC seeing as he was confronted twice, both times he said this is not duped, but it was.

Trustworthy as in he never scammed anyone, sure. but he was still selling duped gold, insanely cheap to sythe members. That is putting sythe members at risk.

Seems like a fair TWC.

 

No, he lied about selling it, to me, and to other staff, he also lied about having all of his accounts with the duped gold locked. He DOES still have accounts past the whole locking and users WERE account locked if they had this gold, he shouldnt even be on the site at the moment.
