Runescape account recovery

My account's password has been changed and the email somehow? When I go to recover the account it only asks for the current email (I have 6 tries). I do not know the current email address so when I just type random things in it won't let me enter my account info? Why is this, and why did they change it, or is there anyway to enter it? Thank you in advance!

 

Email JaGeX explaining your situation and they'll most likely give you the manual form to fill in.

 

[email protected] - Email that and they will reply, takes them about 3 weeks to reply though which is rediculous if your account is getting hacked they get time to take the pin off.

I think this system is much better though, as my account used to be recovered by someone key logging my account details before, and now they can't get to it without emailing jagex, and the jagex will be able to tell they are not the OO

 

yeah this is true, much better I agree but I had no idea this is what you had to do
