You can do it without a script, but it's all about timing and skill. I used to do it back when I was still playing avidly in my CAL days, but I doubt I could do it anymore.

look for servers that has bhop maps its a good start to start from there

timing, i have a video of me doing it, not a tutorial... but I made a video when I used to play hardcore

I do bunny hopping and all of the pro/hard to get to place jumps you can do, nuke, inferno etc.
