Hey guys I am wanting to buy a party hat for a gift to myself. I know that i might be a newcomer and all but I have been in the black market for A LONG TIME so i do know all the scamming tricks and such. We will be using a OMM because I know that you are not willing to go first to me and niether am I (doesn't matter how many vouches you have). It doesn't matter what color it is tbh because I like them all, please PM if you have an offer. Thanks.
