Bear in mind this is the spam forum, he may have seen the "ban for scamming" part as a troll. There has been other similar threads like this and people haven't been banned for not putting anything in their signatures. That is shady though.

As long as you can read it then it's okay. I used the exact same image he provided in the main post, I only re-sized it, which shouldn't be a problem.
