requesting unban

I understand that it looks like I have just recovered the account and resold it but the purchaser toykyo I believe his name was had purchased the account through paypal for 70$ US! I would give details and pictures for the transaction but I dont even remember the paypal password anymore as it was my parents, I dont even have the same laptop anymore :/! I tryed to talk to him about recieving the money back but had be given no reply so I did what any sane person would do and recover my runescape account and move on with my life! I understand I should have reported him but realizing he only had maybe 10 posts and wasn't there to make a name in the community he didn't seem to me like a threat to anyone else and it was kind of selfish I guess realizing that I got what is rightfully mine back that I shouldnt report the low life to make sure no one else has the same issue. As well i dont even know if I have or could recover the account anymore! Toykyo had all the recovery information I do so i wouldnt be surprised if he had the accoutn right now I dont even know the display name on the account to look at the stat's and ranks.

 

We need proof of the 1st account buyer recovering his money. Please post another dispute with proof of this (I know you don't remember your PP pw, but that is what we need, no way around it).
