not really disputing or anything. but whats th reason why im banned... ive just been for spamming or something. and now i am again? if uve been banned shouldt ur points reset after? instead of a ban after a single mistake?

You are temporarily banned due to infraction accrual, your most recent infraction was this morning for advertising MM services. You are just going to have to be patient for a few days until you are unbanned.

Also, your points do not reset after you've been banned. Hopefully after a temp ban you will have learned your lesson, but if not you are able to accumulate 2 more infractions before you are temporarily banned again - this time for longer.
