Paypal won't take legal action, the claims they have against a person whose balance is negative will most likely be sold to a collection agency at a fraction of the return, and in the end if you were to use your real bank account information it would hurt your credit rating as well.

If its a stolen Paypal the owner of the Paypal can press charges for identity theft but the likely hood of him finding who it was are very slim and proving it in court would hardly be worth the time and costs. Also Paypal will not help you prove identity theft so there's a really slim chance you will be able o prove the person sitting in the defence chair actually stole your account.

He's supposed to be banned for 3 months, not one month. I guess the 3 month ban was never applied from the one month. He's banned for 3 months for threatening IRS fraud claims on Matthew.

It was the real Rohail last I heard.

Fairly sure he was hacked because the email he used when he came back was different than his old email

Also the scams occurred around the time the email exploit occurred so somebody most likely recovered his account.

3 months from the time of the threat. Just because the information is "out there" doesn't mean you can post it on sythe

 

Owed a fair few people money, was banned because he owed too much money. When he was nearly done paying everyone back, he found out he wouldn't be unbanned straight away and he would have a TWC on return. He made a fake phat set scam report against Hahanerd. He's vaded a few times too.

Yeah, I believe you can. It wasn't really right to bring it to Sythe. I think he was banned mainly because he had malicious intent towards R2p or he just wanted to get back at him for whatever reason.

 

What happened to 2A9?

 

Someone created a report about his vouch thread, apparently it was cram packed with fake vouches. Then 8 minutes after the report was created he cleared his vouch thread.

My guess is that they were in fact fake vouches.
