Thats bullshit . You guys put him in the LAST CHANCE USER GROUP for a last chance if he didnt get infracted then you just banned him for nothing, being a general pain in the ass isnt against the rules otherwise deathsnova (among others) would be permed. I COMPLETELY disagree with this ban, sure alma could be annoying but you guys have to handle this shit fairly ..

He was put in the last chance user group and didnt get his last chance, thats called LYING . Im not a alma fanboy or anything but if staff can tell someone one thing and then completely go against it i feel its a huge miscarriage of justice. I mean its a fact he would have been banned soon anyways, they should have just waited for his last infraction and done it right .

Hacked/attempting to scam while hacked.

 

Banned by mistake by me. I thought he scammed but I didn't see his counter proof, he was set up.

He's been unbanned though.

 

He was quite lucky to be placed in the Last Chance Usergroup, he'd been through a lot of temporary bans and was still continuing to troll, he was given one last chance. Basically being in the Last Chance Usergroup means you've gotta be on your toes and make sure you're good and don't go anywhere near to breaking the rules. You're making it out that because he didn't receive an infraction, his ban wasn't warranted. Getting an infraction isn't the only requirement to being banned in the LCU. He wasn't even trying to fix himself up, even if he didn't break a concrete rule, he was dancing on the line and he was bound to cross it sooner or later so the staff just stopped him before he got there.

And before you say anything, a list of his offences from when he came back:

• Trolling/General Nuisance(Size 7 Font).
• Gravedigging excessively
• Trolling Staff/The Owner of the Forum
• Continued Trolling Outside the Spam Forum
• Trolling with his Signature (IDC In Banned Symbols. Basically asking to be banned.)
• Somewhat WBM'ing.

Of course they're nothing major, but when you're in the LCU, doing even one of those things is a big deal. But he was being immature and should've known eventually the staff would crack. I do hope he comes back in a year or whatever and proves to us he's a mature guy because he did have some helpful posts, but that comes down to him.

 

What ever happened with Spyke? I know it was a very long time ago, but i never quite figured out what happened with him.. I never really liked him either though :/

 

A bunch of things including creating his own forum to compete with Sythe, buying Sythe accounts, threatening the staff, the list goes on.

 

So basically, correct me if i'm wrong here, he bought out Sythe accounts for his own misuse? or did he sell them? I don't get this.. and jeeze where was I when all this went down, How could I even miss this

 

I think for his own misuse, he needn't need to resell them for money. He just wanted to cause chaos.
