    Stui was banned sometime back, unfortunately a string of bad events happened and he was perm banned in the end. However he did pay everyone back eventually, even after he was banned.

    Yeah, I know what that was about. He was banned due to owing people money and then eventually a fake phat scam report. He wasn't banned because an upper staff member told him to go away.

    He was banned and then paid everyone back, at that point he tried contacting an upper staff they told him to go away, and even before he faked the scam there was no clear intentions of letting him back or that is how it appeared. So faked scam or not I am sure he would still be banned now. What he did was wrong, but he did get screwed over with that ban.

    From I what I heard he was probably going to be let back but with a probable TWC, plus he wasn't going to be unbanned straight away. As for the phat report, I'm guessing he was just angry at the time. His ban was unfortunate, but it was valid.
