    I've searched everywhere and been unable to find any scam reports of reports of guamjabe being a ban evader. He must've been caught by a staff member who decided to ban him on the spot. Considering they're able to do I.P checks I wouldn't put it past that.

    If you PM a Global+, you might be able to get a faster answer as they have access to a ban list.

    And for the record, if moderators are demoted they generally aren't given ex-mod ranks, unless you're fucking awesome like HHN.

    That being said, most mods resign simply due to time restraints.
