IP Ban Dispute

I only have one Sythe account but i am being banned. If I have more then 1 Sythe account how come I have never been banned before.

Just yesterday I accessed my Sythe account from my friends IP address, but how am I supposed to know if they have an account that has been banned before.

I usually use my account from my IP, but yesterday I did use my account from my friends house, if this has caused my account to be associated with their Ip will this cause me to get banned?

Can I see proof that I do have more then one account set to my e-mail address. I usually see this as proof of ban evading.
