Internet disconnection!

hey guys i recently got new internet and it disconnects randomly. I know for a fact it is not a ddos. If anyone has any suggestions to help me that would be much appreciated!

alright thanks! I was really hoping I didn't have to call somebody, but it looks like the only option

Slow uplink from the exchange, so it's an ISP issue, or perhaps try a different computer as it could potentially be your network card (happened with my laptop until I re-checked the connections to the motherboard).

Might be your router/modem.
