luv to kill pardon

I was banned for evasion. My previous account was Rikudarknezz. That account was banned a long time ago for a scam that I don't even remember doing. I've been legit on luv to kill and haven't scammed anyone. Have built up 15 vouches, and I have tried to help the community out by:
1. Reporting fake vouches (two or three times)
2. Refraining from spam the best I can
3. Helping people out where I see that I am knowegable.
It also said that I was banned for scamming (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=10994188&posted=1#post10994188) but I didn't recieve any money from the guy saying I scammed. I had to go in a hurry because my parents were walking in the door and I wasn't supposed to be online. When I arrived back, he had pmed me on sythe saying I was being reported, and wasn't online on msn. I don't know if he deleted me or what, but I don't know what that was about.
Anyways, I want to request a pardon for the evasion, and dispute the part about scamming. Thanks for reading,
