    Well to start off when i attempt to make an account on sythe it blocks me from doing it, due to the fact that on my ip an account named Hater is allready registered. Considring the fact that i've never registered an account on the forum before, i asked my older cousin about it and he admited that he was banned for some reason. So my question is considring the fact that he doesn't live with us anymore if you would be able to unbann my ip?

    BTW i would be willing to donate to the forum the amount of money he was acused of scamming. I hope you take into your consideration this is a very genorous offer considring, i wasn't the one breaking the rules in the first place.
