Disputing my ban.

Hello. My name is Themaulpure and I have been around for a while... and in that while I have never scammed or recovered the accounts I have sold (~30+ accounts)


On 1-22-2012 I was accused of recovering an account by "Liam-rs"

He contacted me during a period of large inactivity (12-28-2011 - present), and I didn't know about the ban/dispute until 03-12-2012.

I discovered his message to me (as shown in his evidence) on 03-12-2012 when I hopped on sythe to check the average price of rsgp. Then I found the dispute thread and realized I was banned.

I can, however, still make posts for some reason. As seen on my post on this thread (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1360024)

Anyway, I am attempting to clear my name.


I did not recover the account and do not have access to the account.

I can, however, give a full refund of the 40m that was paid. I also offer an apology that this happened, although I do not know of anyone else who has ever had access to the account.

Which leads me to this...

Finally, I would like the mods to look into a certain post he made: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1307361

Can you check the history to see if the third account added to the main post was the same account I sold him? If it is, I believe that he sold it and the "proof" that it was recovered and finally locked was simply his attempt at recovering from whomever he sold it too, and finally getting it locked.

Nonetheless, I will gladly refund the 40m.
