Hey, I just found this forums and think its pretty good and there are many opportunities here .

I tried to register ,

As i have a Wifi connection , i just my neighbors wifi who told me about this forums. He had shown me all this like a month ago and now i think that this forum is worth joining.

While registration , there is an error , of " user name should be atleast 6 characters" and I am chosing one which is 10+..... and also it says that you can have only one account.... i suppose my neighbor , whose wifi , I use is banned and therefore i cant register.....

Does it mean that , i wont be able to join? if possible any Mod or any person could possibly help me?

Thanks for your time

Rule #7 in the Dispute Forum states:
7. You are responsible for your IP address, and if there's a banned account on your IP, you are liable to be banned for ban evading. We can't do anything about this.

There is nothing we can really do for you, sorry. You will need to obtain your own internet connection and stop leeching off your neighbor's WIFI signal if you want to register an account on this site. Otherwise, you will be unable to create an account, and even if you do, you are liable to be banned for ban evading because of your neighbor's banned account.
