Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:
Added me on skype, Did a quick google search for his skype and then I convinced him to PM me so I could get proof it was him on his skype.

he wanted his email removed, staff pm if u need it
I know in yousucks post it said he was on hackforums with a RAT thread. So it's quite possible he's using stolen Skrill/Paypal account(s) So I got him to pm me the email
