I guessing you were either phished or keylogged, at least now you will be more cautious and hopefully you won't get phished again. If you were keylogged, I would immediately download Malwarebytes and start a scan.

You would be able to as it records your keystrokes. Literally whatever you type it would show up to the owner of the malicious program.

How is clicking your pin a keystroke?

If they bypassed your bank pin then either you had an obvious pin like a birth year, or you downloaded a RAT
