Hello GM/Admins, my little brother, Cam wants a sythe account.

After sitting down with him trying to make one, we came across a problem saying "Already registered account, 688"

I was looking into this, and found proxy's work, and are accepted, as long as our two accounts don't interfere in anyway, I.E. vouching (self-vouch) and that if one of us gets banned, the other one does as well.

What I'm wondering is:
Will he always have to use a proxy to log into sythe/use sythe? because some proxy's don't load images properly, etc.

And, is there any other rules we should be aware of?

No he doesn't have to use a proxy to log into his account.
