Password help!

Okay, the problem, I changed my password to something brand new after I saw the thread about changing your pass, and now, I just can't remember the pass I changed to! and I can't use the email recovery, as I forgot I had my old email registered to my account and it was hacked last year. When I try to change the email i need my current pass and I just can't remember it.
