I'm fairly sure the average price is 0.70c/m at the moment.

65-75 is average.
Depends always on how you pay. PA may be more than WU or the other way around depending on the seller.
I buy mine at .68

That's a good price. You can get something in that range through PA which is an option most sellers will offer to anyone.
