Help! I'm hacked!

I recently got hacked, the hacker somehow managed to delete my e-mail within 5 minutes because I got an e-mail to change my e-mail at 3:41, but at 4:37, my e-mail didn't work. Now I can recover it but the hacker got it back...twice now.

My question is, is there anyway I can delete an e-mail in less than 14 days? And change it to mine right away?

Whenever there is a recovery test done, the email used in the recovery becomes the primary email on the account, that's why it keeps switching from yours back to his and vise-versa.

 

I'm pretty sure whenever a recovery is done, the contact email becomes the primary email on the account. So say you recover it, and the email you choose to receive the email from for the results, it will be switched to that email. That is how the hacker is removing your email and putting his on the account.

 

So how can I recover it?

 

I recommend posting in the forums and asking a mod to lock your account. That means the hacker will not be able to get on your account and take your items.

Also, before you do that, transfer all valuable things onto another account.

As far as recovering - I'm not sure, sorry. I just figured I'd offer as much as I could, this seems like a tough hacker and I've been in your shoes.

 

Go on the main page of Runescape, hit "login" at the top right, then hit "forgot password". Enter your username in the box next, then enter all your details into the recovery screen. At the end, it will ask for a contact email. Make sure you put an email you want on the account, as that will become the primary email. Then hit submit, and in a few minutes, check that email you provided earlier for an email from Jagex. Then follow the directions in the email to set a new password, as long as the recovery was successful.

 

It's not working for some reason, suppose I have the password but I can't recover it? That's sort of the situation now. D:

What I'll do if I was in your place try to recover back your account and make sure you have a bankpin or remove your items from the account and recover the account and then change the password again and set new recov's and just contact a Mod.
