Buying White Partyhat

[Fierce Invalid]

I just joined this forum and I'm not necessarily sure how this all works, but I am more than willing to purchase a White Partyhat! I hope that someone (who is willing to sell me one) is willing to properly inform me of the process I must go through in order to efficiently transfer the money and receive the white partyhat in a timely manner.

PM me or post in this thread with offers, suggestions, and advice. I'm new here, you must remember.

And PM me in-game as well! My username is F L A G G.

What payment methods can you offer? What country are you from?

I am from the United States. I'm not familiar with too many methods of online payment (aside from some generic ones like moneybookers and paypal) and I'm also looking for a quote if I were to also give the Seller 600m.
