Where to start?

You've got fantastic stats for Frost Dragon farming. Gather up some armour & your rapier (I assume you have one at 88 dungeoneering) and either a DFS or some super antifires. Get your hands on a cannon too if you can.

With turmoil, overloads, cannon, rapier & decent gear, and your Yak for banking the bones, you will easily be able to make 2.5-3m per hour at Frost Dragons, possibly more.

Another good option is to work on your Slayer until 95 and collect all your drops along the way. By the time you are 95 slayer, you should have a good 30 or 40M from your drops, and you will be able to go to Ganodermic beasts in the Polypore dungeon, which are an incredible source of cash.
