Below will answer your questions:
Answers will be answered in the following order the question was posted, at the bottom.

*Got an untrustworthy Rs friend, that will steal your items if you
ask to transfer to a different account?
*Making a new account, but want to transfer money to it from you main account but you have nobody to do that?
*What are the risks of me doing this for you?
*How Quick/Effiecient/Legit will this be done?
*Will i tell any other sythe members your username, to risk your Rs identity?

1)I will transfer for you, if you have untrustworthy friends that would do that you , your picking the wrong friends; and/or after the transfer is done, you will then have a trustworthy friend to transfer for you, and maybe become buddies in the future , A>K>A Me.
2)I transfer to low accounts from high level accounts also, because i do it sometimes through my friend and he has a service similar to this, and i decided to make one, since i can trust him, why shouldn't people be able to trust me?
3)The risks of you trusting me to do this, I have been with sythe for a little over 4 years, and why would i risk ruining that by getting banned, for a silly transfer of an amount of gp; in the end its only a game.
4)As soon as i get the "GO" to .. lets meet in-game to transfer i will be there when you ask me.. if online) but i am 24-7 almost, and it will be done faster then you can post my vouch .
5)Every transfer i do, is stricly buisness nothing less/ nothing more, and i will never post your rs identity, even if you piss me off to the limit, of killing someone.
