Are the items/nps legit?

[Anahita]

Most of the items are legit. The two potions are illegit, but have been secured for a month and a half

[rainbowdog]

Just wondering, how do you even get items illegit? The only way I can think of is scammed potions :/ But some people claim to be able to hack the system. Really, I'm just curious. I've never been able to figure it, and it bothers me that I don't know what you people are even talking about.
