Help with Playerauctions?

Hey guys ,
Does anyone have any experience with using playerauctions as a buyer?
Because i am getting really annoyed.When i was to buy some runescape gold on PA and i want to use paypal as a payment method it says i need to unlock this method by ''identity verification'' but no where on the site is it said how to do this.If i email Playerauctions support about this they say they need information about me , being the following :

1. Digital copy of your government issued photo ID such as drivers license

2. Fixed Line Phone Number where we can reach you

3. Most recent billing or utility statement with your name and current address shown on it

4. Most convenient time to call you

So after i gave them all of this like 2 weeks ago i receive no message back from them? They diden't even say what email adres to email the information to.I'm guessing the email adres they used to contact me with.It's not that i don't like PlayerAuctions but it gets very fustrating at times that they don't explain anything in details.Anyone know what i should do, because untill i get this fixed i can't use paypal as payment method , which is like my only way of payment

Playerauctions is dumb. but the place where it say's become a buyer, become a seller, there is a new tab called: become verified click that

 

Where ? i Can't see the ''become verified'' tab

 

ANyone ? where can i find the become verified tab? PLEASE HELP
