    Windows 8.

    True as anything, ive been using xp for about 5 years and it has never dissaponited me, i try and use vista but im not even %70 of what i am on xp

    Windows 8.

    Vista was never bad, and Windows 7 fixed it's few flaws. The only reason everyone complained about it is because it hogged up their resources to run more efficiently, and it came out at an age where memory still cost a lot of money. Other than that, there were the stupid warning messages which you could easily get used to or disable.

    However, it added one main feature that I loved and it was the instant search. Windows 8 kind of took that away, but I've learned how to deal with it. Thing is, if you don't always stay up to date with the newest version, you'll miss out on a lot of great things. Especially with Windows 8, you're going to regret not upgrading if the Windows App store surpasses that of Apple's or Android's, which is quite possible.

    I do believe that is the case. You can disable the mobile tiled shit and just use a normal desktop if you choose. But I could be wrong.

    I agree with this, I see microsoft trying to get all of their devices under a single OS and this is just a step towards it. As I said in my last post, at least try 8 if you have the opportunity. It is easy and fun to use.
